Prog.AI is a recruitment platform that uses advanced algorithms to evaluate the skills and experience of software developers by analyzing every commit on GitHub. Search across over 60 million software engineering candidates based on their coding skills, experience level, and specific technologies they have worked with.

​How to use Prog.AI?

🪄 AI Search: You can input a detailed job description or a broad prompt into our AI search. For example, you could type in, "I'm looking for a machine learning engineer with knowledge of python, LLM's, and 8 years of experience in New York City". The AI search will then find you candidates that match your criteria.

👨🏻‍💻 Candidate profiles: Prog.AI offers in-depth profiles for all candidates where you can find matches to your search skills, all technical skills inferred from GitHub, their programming languages, as well as their repositories and contributions. We also provide their work history, education, and much more. Some candidates are labeled as Rock Stars - those are programmers who have made significant contributions to relevant repositories. You can click "Get contact" at the top of each profile to reveal their email, LinkedIn, GitHub, and Twitter links.

📂 Create a new project: After you've found candidates that match your search criteria, you can add them to a new project by clicking the "Add to project" button on their profiles. Use project to collect candidates, after you search is done you can export the project as a CSV or push it to integrations.

📩 Reach out to candidates: Prog.AI offers integrations with outreach platforms like lemlist and SourceWhale. You can also export candidate contacts as a CSV file and upload them into your ATS or outreach engine of choice.
