​How to use Prog.AI?

🪄 AI Search: When you sign in to Prog.AI, you see a search interface. Describe a job title, skills, technical requirements for the candidates and indicate their location.
For example, you can type in, "I'm looking for a machine learning engineer with knowledge of python, large language models". The AI search will then find you candidates that match your criteria.

👨🏻‍💻 Candidate profiles: Prog.AI is based on a database of 60 million software engineers worldwide. In each profile, you can see technical skills, GitHub projects they worked on, work experience from LinkedIn, contact information. Some candidates are labeled as Rock Stars - those are programmers who have made significant contributions to relevant repositories. At the top of each profile you can find their work and personal emails, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Facebook, and Twitter links.

📂 Create a new project: To build a final list of candidates that match your job description, use Projects. When search returns you a list candidates that seem right to you, add them to a new project by clicking the "Add to project" button on their profiles. After a few searches, and cleaning irrelevant candidates in the final list, you can export the list of candidates with contact info as a CSV file or Google Sheet, or push it to an email outreach systems.

📩 Reach out to candidates: Prog.AI offers integrations with outreach platforms like lemlist and SourceWhale. You can also export candidate contacts as a CSV file or a Google Sheet, and import them into your ATS or outreach engine of choice.

🌐 Chrome Extension: Install Prog.AI Chrome Extension to see information on software engineers when browsing LinkedIn or GitHub. Our extension shows you information that LinkedIn does not have, such as technical skills inferred from GitHub, and contact information.
