Create a project with candidates: After you've searched for candidates and selected the ones you want to contact, you'll need to create a project to organize your outreach. To do this, simply click the "Add to Project" button next to each candidate you want to include and then give your project a name. You can create multiple projects for different job descriptions and keep track of them all in the Prog.AI dashboard.

Login to reply.io: To start using the outreach tool, you'll need to log in to our third-party email partner, reply.io. Simply click the "Log in to reply.io" button and follow the prompts to log in with your work email. Once you've logged in, you'll be redirected back to the Prog.AI interface.

Set up a sequence of emails: Once you've created a project and logged in to reply.io, you can use our templates to set up a sequence of emails to send to the candidates in the project. To do this, click on the "Outreach" tab in the top menu and then click the "Create Outreach" button. From there, you can choose a template, customize it to fit your needs, and set up a schedule for sending emails.

Customize your templates: Prog.AI's outreach tool includes a variety of templates to choose from, or you can create your own custom templates. You can use the templates as is, or you can customize them to fit your specific needs. Simply click on the template you want to use and then edit the text and formatting to suit your style.

Start outreach: Once you've set up your outreach campaign, you can start sending emails to the candidates in your project. You'll receive replies directly in your inbox, but you can also track the performance of your outreach in the Prog.AI dashboard. From the dashboard, you can see the response rate, open rate, and other data about how your outreach is going.
