Here's a short video where I'm explaining how search works, I'm using Meta Machine Learning Engineer job description.

Prog.AI's search form and filters make it easy to find the best software developers for your team. Here are a few tips to help you get the most out of Prog.AI's search features:

  • Use specific search criteria: You can use a variety of search criteria, such as skills, bonus skills, location, and seniority, to narrow down your results and find the most relevant candidates. For example:

    • If you're looking for a Java developer with at least 5 years of experience, you can use the "Skills" and "Seniority" filters to find candidates who match those criteria.

    • If you're looking for a developer who is proficient in a particular skill or technology, you can use the "Skills" filter to search for candidates who have experience in that area. You can also use the "Bonus Skills" filter to find candidates who have experience in related skills that may be useful for your team.

    • If you're looking for candidates who are located in a particular city or country, you can use the "Location" filter to find candidates who live in that area.

  • Search for "rock stars": If you're looking for highly skilled developers, you can use the "Rock Stars" option in the search form to find the best candidates. This will show you candidates who have a high number of GitHub stars, followers, and other indicators of expertise.

  • Browse through candidates' GitHub repositories: If you want to see a candidate's work in more detail, you can click on the "GitHub" tab in the top menu and browse through their repositories. This will give you a sense of their experience and skills and help you decide if they're a good fit for your team.

  • Use keywords to search for specific skills or projects: You can use keywords to search for specific skills or projects that you're interested in. For example:

    • If you're looking for a developer with experience in machine learning, you can enter "machine learning" in the search form and find candidates who have relevant experience.

    • If you're looking for a developer who has worked on a particular project or technology, you can enter the name of the project or technology in the search form and find candidates who have experience in that area.

We hope these tips will help you get the most out of Prog.AI's search features and find the best candidates for your team. If you have any further questions or need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
